Langly Estates is a property company based in Northumberland, incorporated in 2003.
Commercial property is what we do, and the North East is where we do it. Around 95% of our focus goes on offices, industrial units and retail premises, in towns and cities we know well.
We look at each property on its own merits. A tired building in a good location can be a better opportunity than a smart one in the wrong place, and we are comfortable looking past the surface.
If a strong residential opportunity comes up, we will take a proper look. The same goes for the right deal beyond the region, should it make sense.
